Brian Morgan
Co-Founder & CEO
Brian Morgan is Co-Founder and CEO of Morgan Aircraft. He is an entrepreneur, and the inventor and patent recipient of the company's core technology. Brian has been involved in a wide variety of team and leadership roles, and has lead projects of highly automated and robotic production lines. Brian is a mechanical engineer with a background in aviation technology and business. He is an aircraft airframe and power plant mechanic, and a private pilot. This unique combination of skills, talents and his passion for aviation safety has culminated in the company's breakthrough technology. Brian and his wife have been married for 23 years and have four children.

Mark O'Halloran Co-Founder & CFO
Mark O'Halloran is Co-Founder and CFO of Morgan Aircraft. He previously founded two high-tech manufacturing companies that were profitably sold after he decided to join Morgan Aircraft. He also turned a third firm around from financial distress to become a large profit center. Mark received his MBA from University of Chicago in 1993 and is fluent in German, French and Spanish. Mark is a private pilot. These varied abilities have aided Mark in creating shareholder value in an increasingly global market. Mark and his wife of 23 years have six adopted children.

Daniel Wright
Vice President of Operations
Daniel Wright is Director of Operations with Morgan Aircraft. He has been involved in the aviation industry for the past 25 years and began his career in the US Air Force. Prior to becoming part of the Morgan Aircraft team, Daniel spent nine years as Director of Operations for Composites Universal Group (CUG) leading projects with companies such as Boeing, Airbus, Hamilton-Sundstrand, Space-X, Blue Origin, Cessna, Mooney, and many experimental aircraft manufacturers. Daniel also lead the implementation of lean manufacturing and co-wrote the AS9100/ISO9000 quality program for CUG. Out of the service Daniel spent nine years with Soloy Aviation Solutions involved with projects such as the Cessna 206 and 207 turbine conversions, the Bell Helicopter 206 twin engine retrofit, and the Pratt & Whitney PT6 Dual Pac program which included the development and certification of a new combining gearbox. Daniel has a BS in business management, is working towards his MBA and is a FAA licensed Airframe & Power Plant technician. Daniel and his wife Beth have been married 25 years and have two children.

Rick Harig
Director of Corporate Development
Rick Harig is our Director of Corporate Development. In this capacity, he assists senior management with our efforts in capital formation. Before joining Morgan, Rick functioned in similar roles in the institutional investment world, real estate development industry, and with internet-based service providers. He has been an advisor to family offices and private wealth clients for much of his career. Rick is a Certified Financial Planner certificant. Rick and Joanna have been married twenty-five years and are proud parents of a son, currently serving as a U.S. Marine; and a daughter attending college at Biola University, in California.

Kevin Wright
Mechanical Design Engineer
Kevin Wright is a Mechanical Design Engineer with Morgan Aircraft. He has been working on the design and testing phases
of scale model concepts since joining the company in the spring of 2008. Prior to Morgan Aircraft, Kevin was a Product Design Engineer for Raynor Garage Doors and was primarily involved in Residential Sectional related garage doors and parts. In the 14 years at Raynor, he was the Product Design lead on 5 garage door product lines from conception through testing and delivery to customers. Along the way he received 2 patents for some of the unique design concepts that were created. Kevin and his wife of 7 years have one child.

Al Koch
Manager of Human Resources
Al Koch is the Manager of Human Resources at Morgan Aircraft. Al previously worked in the consumer goods industry for over 30 years. He held various positions through the years including Retail Store Manager, Business Manager for a food broker and a Category Manager/Merchandiser at a wholesaler. Al recently completed the Foundations for Human Resource Administration course as well as the PHR/SPHR certification course. He has also been very involved with his local church. Al and his wife have been married for 36 years and have 5 children and 6 grand children.
